Tionesta Business Park is currently accepting additional tenants and is willing to discuss your build-out plans or negotiate a build-to-suit long-term lease for those needing 10,000 sf or more. We offer below market lease rates and pride ourselves on providing a well-maintained facility.
Office Space – The Business Park offers office suites suitable for business, professional, and medical offices. See below for details of currently available office space.
Industrial Space – The Business Park offers approximately 53,000 sf of industrial space appropriate for a wide variety of uses, including manufacturing, fabrication, construction, automotive service, workshop, etc. Leases of at least 10,000 square feet are preferred, but all interested parties are welcome to contact us. See below for details of currently available industrial space.
Utilities – Electric, water/sewer, and natural gas are metered for each tenant and added to the monthly rent. Telephone, internet, and trash collection are the responsibility of the tenant. Summer grounds maintenance and winter snow and ice removal are provided by the Business Park.
Signage – Space is available at the entrance along Rt. 62 for approved tenant signage. Signage, installation and maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant.
